How to top up your inDrive account?
In-app balance
This is the balance in the app that is used for covering service payments.
To view your balance:
1. Open the side menu and select 'Driver mode'.
2. Tap 'Wallet'.
3. Tap your balance for details.
You'll see your current balance, info about refunds and their statuses.
How to top up your balance in Egypt
1. In your balance, tap the 'Top up' button.
2. Enter the amount (minimum is EGP 40).
3. Tap 'Continue'.
4. Choose your payment method: cash or card.
5. Follow the instructions on the payment page to add money.
That's what is top up in inDrive. If the balance hasn't topped up in your wallet within 72 hours, please message Support. You'll get a response within 3 business days.
Topping up with card
1. Enter your card details: card number, expiration date, CVC/CVV, and cardholder name.
2. Enter your national ID number.
3. Enter an amount (minimum EGP 40).
4. Tap the 'Pay' button.
- please use your own card, or ask for explicit permission when using someone else's card. Otherwise, your action might be treated as fraud and the account owner can claim money back
- to avoid your card being blocked by the payment provider's security systems, verify card info before completing the payment
- please leave several days in between account top-ups —if you top up too often, this may be flagged as suspicious
Topping up with cash
1. Enter an amount (minimum EGP 40)
2. Enter your first and last name, email address, and national ID number
3. Get a voucher with the purchase details, Fawry reference number, service code, and payment expiration date.
4. Complete the top-up using one of the following options:
- Online with MyFawry Online
- With cash at Fawry payment points
- Find the nearest Fawry payment point using the link displayed on the voucher
- The voucher has an expiration date, please make a payment on the same day
Topping up with Fawry
1) Open the inDrive app
2) Open the side menu, tap 'Balance' and tap 'Top Up'
3) Choose Fawry as the payment method
4) Enter the amount you want to top up
5) A Fawry reference number will appear. Go to any Fawry outlet, kiosk, or app, and provide the number to complete the payment
6) Your balance will update soon after payment
Topping up with Meeza Wallet (Mobile Wallet)
(Minimum top-up: EGP 60, maximum top-up per transaction: EGP 1600)
1) Open the inDrive app
2) Open the side menu, tap 'Balance' and tap 'Top Up'
3) Choose Meeza Wallet as the payment method
4) Enter the amount and your wallet phone number
5) Confirm the payment through your Meeza mobile wallet app (like Vodafone Cash, Orange Money, etc.)
6) Your balance will update soon after payment
Topping up with bank account transfer
1) Open the inDrive app
2) Open the side menu, tap 'Balance' and tap 'Top Up'
3) Choose bank transfer as the payment method
4) The app will show the official inDrive bank details. Transfer the desired amount via your bank
5) Upload the transfer receipt in the app or send it to the designated contact
6) Your balance will update when the transfer is confirmed
Tips for successful top-ups
- Double-check that all info is entered correctly
- Keep your receipt or confirmation SMS until the balance is added
- If your top-up is delayed, contact in-app support for help
