inDrive operates in 30 cities: Cairo, Alexandria, Damietta, Ismailia, Hurghada, Sharm El-Sheikh, Minya, Port Said, Luxor, Mansoura, Aswan, Suez, Qena, Tanta, North Coast, Asyut, Marsa Matruh, Banha, El-Mahalla El-Kubra, Zagazig, Damanhur, Faiyum, Akhmim, Ain Sokhna, Shebin El-Kom, Sadat City, Safaga, El Dabaa, Beni Suef, and Dahab.

Open the side menu, tap 'Request history.' Your orders and rides appear within 24 hours, and the history is available for the current and previous years. Can't access your request history? Please contact Support, who can send you your request history within 24 hours.

When the ride starts, tap the 'Help during the ride' icon over the map. Tap 'Share my ride' and choose a contact. They'll get a link that allows them to view your current location, your driver's details, and the vehicle's details, including car brand and license plate.

For support while you're riding, tap Help during the ride, or open the side menu > Safety. You can also get in touch through the website.

We take all incidents extremely seriously. When we receive reports, our specialists take the following steps: - Take Immediate Action: We freeze accounts of the alleged offender and any others involved, while we investigate. - Gather Information: We reach out to the person who made the report, and gather information from every possible source. - Evaluate: We review all information, including correspondence with drivers and riders, third-party statements, route data, timing details, and police reports, to decide the best course of action. - Account Action: Anyone accused of incidents may be permanently banned from the inDrive community. - Work with Law Enforcement: We protect personal information and comply with applicable laws when working with law enforcement.
