Frequently asked questions
I've never taken this route before, what fare just I put?
On average, rides with inDrive are 20% cheaper than those of other services. In some major cities, the app shows you the average cost of a ride on the indicated route using other services. You can offer any price, based on this cost. inDrive has a minimum cost of travel. This may be the same across the city or vary depending on the route, but it will always be significantly lower than the average prices of other services.
What is a passenger rating?
A passenger rating is automatically generated based on each passenger's order history, and takes into account any fake orders, driver complaints and unpaid trips.
Are cars equipped with child seats?
Be sure to indicate the need for a child seat in the ride options so that only drivers with equipped cars respond to your order. In the comments, specify the number of children, their age or category of the necessary car seat.
How do I delete my account?
1. In the bottom menu tap the Delete account button. 2. Enter your phone number to get the verification code via SMS. 3. Enter the code from the SMS. 4. Fill out the request form to delete your account. Your account in the app will also be deleted. If you have been blocked on the service or have any other unresolved issues related to your account, you need to resolve these pending issues before deleting your account. Our Support team will help with this. You can’t restore a deleted account. We keep certain data if it’s necessary to protect legitimate business interests: fraud prevention and security.
