Download the app and complete registration by uploading the required documents. Once verified, you can start driving and making money on your own schedule.

Main requirements are: - Captain must be Saudi Citizen - Captain must have valid driving license - No criminal history - Eligible car
What are the requirements for the car?
Captain must meet the vehicle ownership rules: • Captain must own the vehicle or have authorisation to drive it • Vehicle inspection required if the vehicle is older than 3 years • Proper insurance • Less than 10 years old (in 2025 we accept vehicles from 2015) • 4-door sedan (or minivan)
I’ve changed my phone number, now I can't log into my account
Contact us in the app or send an email to support@indrive.com and give us the old phone number that was linked to your inDrive account.
How do I change my profile photo?
Send a request with a new picture to support@indrive.com. Include your personal account details and name.
How do I delete my inDrive account?
Send a screenshot of an application for deleting an account to support@indrive.com. If you have any unused balance left in your personal account, attach a scan of the application for the return of the remaining amount and your bank information to the e-mail.
