Contact us in the app or use the support form. Tell us what the issue is and provide the old phone number linked to your inDrive account.
How do I change my profile photo in inDrive?
Send a request along with a new photo via the support form, including your personal account and name.
How do I delete my inDrive account?
Send a scan of an application for account deletion in any form via the support form. If you have any unused balance left in your personal account, attach a scan of the refund application and include your bank details.
How to include my PIX key number?
1. Open the app and go to the Payments section.
2. Select the option to add your PIX key.
3. Enter your key and confirm.
What you'll need when you apply?
• Valid driver's license for Brazil.
• Vehicle registration certificate.
• Minimum driver age: 18.
• Minimum driving experience: 1 year.
