Priority depends on the ratings that passengers give at the end of the ride. The priority is also affected by the number of completed orders, the quality of ratings and the complaints from passengers. Complete more orders, get more good ratings and your priority will grow.

We return the service payment for rides canceled by the passenger, as well as in cases when the passengers did not show up. In the latter case, it is necessary to cancel the order through the “Passenger has not show up” button. Refunds will be made in 30 days. Frequent cancellation of orders from passengers, as well as complaints from drivers affect the rating of the passenger and can lead to account blocking.

Send a scan of an application for deleting an account in any form to support@indriver.com. If you have any unused monies left in your personal account, attach a scan of the application for the return of the remaining amount and your bank information to the letter.
