What are the requirements for drivers in the Philippines?

• LTO Professional Driver’s License
• Valid LTFRB PA or CPC
• Operator's Authorization/Clearance (if not the car owner)
• LTO OR (Official Receipt) and CR (Certificate of Registration)
• Passenger Insurance
• NBI Clearance/Police Clearance
• Drug test clearance
• Proof of being active from another TNC (for CPC holders)

I’ve changed my phone number, now I can't log into my account

Contact us in the app or send an email to support@indrive.com, tell us what the issue is and provide the old phone number that was linked to your inDrive account.

How do I change my profile photo in inDrive?

Send a request along with a new photo to support@indrive.com with your personal account and your name.

How do I delete my account?

Send a scan of an application for deleting an account in any form to support@indrive.com. If you have any unused balance left in your personal account, attach a scan of the application for the return of the remaining amount and your bank information to the letter.
