What are the requirements for drivers?

Requirements for drivers:
• Be at least 18 years old.
• No minimum driving experience required.

To complete your driver registration, we will need the following personal documentation:
• Profile photo.
• Selfie with your ID.
• Driver's license (front and back).
• Criminal record certificate.

We will also need the following vehicle documentation:
• Vehicle insurance.
• Photo of the vehicle.
• In some cases, we may ask you for a photo of the front/back of your ID card.

Please note that requirements may vary depending on the city and the platform's current policy.

I’ve changed my phone number, now I can't log into my account

Contact us in the app or send an email to support@indrive.com, tell us what the issue is and provide the old phone number that was linked to your inDrive account.

How do I change my profile photo in inDrive?

Send a request along with a new photo to support@indrive.com with your personal account and your name.

What should I do if I have issues or want to delete my account?

Send a scan of an application for deleting an account in any form to support@indrive.com. If you have any unused balance left in your personal account, attach a scan of the application for the return of the remaining amount and your bank information to the letter.
