Does my personal information stay secure with inDrive?

There's no need to ever share contact details with other inDrive users — you can contact your driver or passenger right in the app. To call, simply tap the phone icon and grant microphone access if prompted. To send a message, tap the chat icon; two check marks indicate your message has been delivered.

What happens if an accident is reported?

When an incident is reported, inDrive temporarily freezes the accounts of individuals involved. We conduct a thorough investigation, take appropriate action, and, if needed, coordinate with law enforcement. Support is also available 24/7, managed by a dedicated team of trained safety agents.
