How do I pay with Pix in the app?

Choose PIX as your payment method before starting the ride. At the end of the ride, tap "Pay" and you’ll be redirected to your banking app to complete the payment.

What should I do if my bank app doesn’t open automatically?

If your banking app doesn’t open automatically, you can open it manually and complete the payment using the PIX link shown in the inDrive app. The driver’s details are protected and already embedded in the link. If you’re still unable to pay, you can either pay in cash or ask the driver to share their PIX key and make the transfer manually.

How do I know if the payment was completed, since I don’t have to confirm anything?

Once you finish the payment in your banking app, a confirmation screen will appear both in your bank and in the inDrive app. The driver also receives a real-time confirmation. You don’t need to do anything else — the process is automatic.

Is it safe to use PIX directly in the app?

Yes. All information is encrypted, and the payment is made directly through your bank. The driver doesn’t see your banking details, and the transaction is completed in a secure environment.
