An inner drive to create opportunities

We invest in fairness

To improve the world, we start by improving ourselves. Going beyond business, we contribute to the growth of local communities and care about the environment

We change the rules

By giving people the chance and choice to live better regardless of their gender, age, ethnicity, culture or social status

Every day we help millions of people to make their own choices. Freely. Independently. Fairly

What we stand for

Inclusive Drive

We're constantly working on making inDrive more inclusive, so we've made in-app video tutorials for drivers about driving passengers with disabilities. The series covers four cases: passengers with a visual impairment, passengers with a hearing impairment, passengers using crutches and passengers using a wheelchair

Supernovas

One of our most exciting initiatives is Supernovas – a non-profit football project for children from small towns in developing countries. It's a safe space where we value openness and the game, not just scores and results. Aside from putting a smile on the kids’ faces, Supernovas sparks their motivation to get and stay involved in physical activities.

Supporting local communities

In all ways, big and small. We support local communities and vulnerable groups negatively impacted by economic crises and natural disasters

What we stand for

Human prosperity

Our goal is to be an ethical and transparent organization that promotes fairness both inside and outside the business. It sounds pretty ambitious, but this is exactly what drives us

Supporting local communities

In all ways, big and small. We support local communities and vulnerable groups negatively impacted by economic crises and natural disasters

Planet care

Our impact on climate change can and must be offset by our contribution to the environment. That’s why we follow principles of environmental sustainability in everything we do

Drive your green city

This project aims at improving the environment in regions of inDrive operation. It includes lectures on environmental topics, tree planting, and cleaning territories of garbage for subsequent recycling - small steps that make a big difference

Green office

Every office leaves an environmental footprint. We make ours as small as possible. inDrive has a corporate program that optimizes the use of natural resources (like water, fuel or oxygen) and reduces the negative impact of the company’s operations on the environment

Community development

As a people-driven company, we are always striving to realize human potential. We increase access to educational opportunities and social elevators for everyone, with particular focus on women and unprivileged teenagers in IT

BeginIT

inDrive’s socio-educational project launched in 2012. The project provides career guidance and discovers gifted children from orphanages, boarding schools, and rural schools who want to learn about new technologies. More than 120 educational institutions in 13 countries are already involved. The goal is to awake children's interest in intellectual professions and motivate their personal growth. BeginIT is an exciting start for future career choices.

Aurora Tech Award

An annual award for female founders of tech start-ups whose projects have significantly impacted the world's development. Information technology makes life better for millions, so we want to support newcomers in this field. Wish us luck!

Mentoring project

Project Lab's career guidance camp for teenagers, with training in groups under the mentoring of volunteers. Sounds cool and this is why: children learn about different professions in IT, acquire basic hard & soft skills, and create a website project about their lives. Fields of study: website development, journalism and PR, photo and video filming. The project is being piloted in Kazakhstan together with the SOS-Children's Villages and the iQanat Educational Foundation

My career

A socio-educational project for career guidance for the Kazakhstani youth. In strong collaboration with the Focus-Media Foundation and SOS Children’s Villages we develop the employment skills of young men and women from different regions of Kazakhstan. At least 40% of the students have disabilities or are from low-income, large families or rural areas, which makes this project even more important and necessary

Quality of life

Our way here is to think globally but support locally. In other words, we play an active role in developing infrastructure and city life in the areas where we operate

Think before you drive

A social marketing campaign highlighting the problem of drunk driving. The program educates drivers about the importance of safe driving. A pilot launch took place in Namibia and its importance cannot be overstated
